Update on the patent from 1999: Now in prototype development with consideration of A.I. and computer evolution in the past 25 plus years. There is now the technology to build a prototype without the help of "Super Computer" grants from U.S. Government. They are, figuratively speaking, practically impossible to get the grant. At the time, the charges was approximately $2,000.00 per 10 minute time limit interval to use government super-computer. Unless the project or application involves military purposes such as Advanced Warning Systems or AWS, or Nuclear Simulations which were considered priority. Historical Digital Event Data for analysis output following specific patent schematics and design. This is where there's definative patterns discovered originally in 1999.
